Rainbow Vista, Valley of Fire State Park, Moapa Valley, Nevada
Rainbow Vista is a pretty viewpoint in the Valley of Fire State Park. It’s exactly 0.5 miles from the trailhead to the viewpoint. The trail itself is quite sandy so be prepared to walk in some deep sand, which makes the walking a little more strenuous than it would be on a more packed down trail. I think this made the hike one of the quieter hikes in the park. I found the views along the way and the viewpoint itself to be worth the short hike.
